Covid-19 Policy:

Our mission is to ensure your health and safety. We offer services in a clean and safe condition with sanitation and safety measures.

Please check below before the visit.

-Masks are required when entering the venue.

-Temperature will be takenand documented upon entrance.

-If you suspect you are sick with fever, please stay home and contact us.

Deposit policy:

Deposits are NON-Refundable *

•No kids or extra guest unless they are being serviced.

•Please be sure to be on time

•There is a 10 min grace period

• If you are late after your grace period your appointment will be automatically canceled and if time permits and you want to continue with your appointment there will be a $1 per minute late fee

• Appointment cancellation and rescheduling must be made 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the cancellation window will result in a $5 rebooking fee added to your total and/or forfeiting your deposit.

•Deposits can only be transferable only if you reschedule your appointment within the 12 hour window

NO CALL/ NO SHOW RESULTS IN LOST IF DEPOSIT AND BOOKING PRIVILEGES.

• Cash, Cash app, or Apple Pay, Credit cards ( $3 transaction fee) are all acceptable payment methods.

Nail policy:

•If you need a soak off you MUST book “Soak off w/Full set “ If you arrive to your appointment and need this service but haven’t book the service you will be charged an additional $10 fee if time permits me to fulfill the service

If you have 3 or more nails off this will be considered a fill set not a refill and you will be charged full set price

If you come in for a full set please gave all nails removed, if not you will be charged a $10 inconvenience fee plus soak off.

BODY SCUPLTING POLICY:

Drink atleast 8 liters of water prior to your appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out the intake forms.

Bring your waist trainer or butt lift garment to the appointment

Drink lots of water, approximately 32 ounces a day,

Avoid coffee, tea, soda 3-4 hours prior to the treatment.

No need to change medications, including diuretics (which increase the flow of urine)

Refrain from binge eating

Do not indulge in alcohol for 24 hours prior to anytreatment

Microshading policy:

We request that you text clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. Please provide photos of your current brows with (if applicable) makeup and without makeup. If you have had eyebrows previously tattooed and/or microbladed, we also request that you text clear photos of your brows for approval. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last eyebrow tattoo/microblading and how many sessions you received.

Please arrive to your appointment with a face ckean of makeup and/or oils

If you get your eyebrows waxed if tweezed please get it done 2 weeks prior.
